Procom, Demand Generation Manager (Marketing)
Procom is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join its in-house marketing team. In partnership with the Director of Marketing, you will set the strategy and own the execution behind innovative marketing programs and campaigns designed to generate awareness and demand for Procom across North America. Through a combination of inbound, outbound, and ABM strategies, you will be responsible for driving both pipeline and revenue. You will continuously look for effective ways to drive growth and convert customers and be a key part of a team that encourages experimentation, focuses on impact, and keeps the customer at the centre of everything we do.
You understand the technical landscape of email marketing, generating and nurturing leads, and building relationships with clients. As the ideal candidate you have the ability to bridge the strategic work of creating a robust lead-gen program and ensuring alignment with our sales team to be on-point with our brand, thought leadership, and content marketing.

Working with the Director, a Graphic Designer, Content Writer, Sales team, Client Services and agency partners, there’s an exciting opportunity here to give shape to the Marketing team and practices at Procom as it builds this function in-house for the first time in its’ 40 year history.
Develop and execute tactics and programs that will drive revenue, grow our pipeline, accelerate conversion, and increase the lifetime value of our client base.
Work closely with Sales in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy and is comfortable with changing business priorities.
Manage the full lifecycle of an email/marketing campaign from strategic development, execution, and reporting on ROI.
Execute email marketing campaigns using a marketing automation software to attract, engage, and convert leads.
Create and execute content strategies including email messaging, newsletters, blog posts, white papers, and other content offers.
Manage the prospect database, compile email lists, purge and segment contacts, and secure email databases for future campaigns.
Manage and optimize our organic search and paid media channels including paid search, paid social, display, affiliates, and more.
Partner with various internal teams (sales, product, client services) to identify new opportunities to drive growth and gain better efficiencies
You will be responsible for crafting, executing, and optimizing our demand generation programs and ensuring a seamless handoff of leads to our sales team.
5+ years of demand generation experience in B2B marketing
Top-tier digital marketer with a proven background with CRM, marketing automation tools, and ad platforms.
Advanced experience with Google analytics and reporting tools.
Hubspot and SalesForce experience, or equivalent tools, is required
You have experience with Google Ads or paid social (esp. LinkedIn)
Experience with crafting nurture digital marketing campaigns driving new customer acquisition.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing written content including marketing emails, blog posts, CTA’s and other compelling content.
Ability to effectively communicate the essence of a brand while creating value for clients.
Experience across multiple digital marketing channels (SEO, display, social, email).
Analytical thinker who’s able to transform reporting and analysis into actionable insights and execution plans.
Ability to work as a team or independently depending on project requirements
Ability to plan and prioritize own work effectively to meet deadlines and achieve results

Legal authorization to work in Canada
Experience in recruiting, staffing and/or with Bullhorn a plus
