Robert Half Technology is recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for our Client. As the successful candidate for this role you will be an essential part of the Sales and Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for digital strategy, content creation, and day-to-day management of all social media channels, websites and marketing campaigns. You will utilize your top-level skill in the theories, concepts and principles used in the implementation of marketing technologies and your passion for creating digital marketing campaigns to drive performance.

- 3+ years of proven success in a digital advertising/marketing role, along with Google Ads and Facebook Ads certification.
- Excellent experience and knowledge of digital and technological methodologies; ability to transfer knowledge into executed strategies.
- Top notch understanding and skill with Google products (Ads, analytics, GTM, Google 360) and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
- Solid working ability with all Microsoft Office programs (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook);
- Working experience in at least one content management system along with marketing automation and CRM software systems
- Ability to use data to provide recommendations for building and optimizing future marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Post-Secondary degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field
- Reliable transportation and driver’s license with clean abstract is required
NICE TO HAVE:
- Familiarity and working knowledge of programmatic digital advertising would be a plus
