Excellent skills in the use of tools such as: Adobe Captivate Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere Adobe After Effects PowerPoint Excel Adobe Connect SharePoint Responsibilities: Works in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information management (IM) and/or information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems, work to improve the structure and efficiency of an organziation's I&IT Systems. The Task-based I&IT Consultant may be used to provide strategic guidance to organizations with regard to IM and Task-based IT technology, IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT. they can also be used to provide subject matter expertise during the procurement as well as providing highly expert technical assistance.SkillsExperience and Skill Set RequirementsSkills and Knowledge: • Experience and skills in creating and maintaining plans and coordinating project tasks  • Proven experience leading teams and in creating and implementing a large-scale training strategy and rollout plan • Demonstrated experience leading teams and in creating user manuals and reference guides for both technical and non-technical users • Excellent writing skills in English language  • Extensive experience creating training material or user documentation • Experience leading teams and of working on a project team to deliver high profile training initiatives • Experience with computer and software applications for development of training materials, storyboards and e-learning modules, including presentation software, web-based facilitation tools and eLearning software. Able to work with design documents and storyboards. • Knowledge and experience with graphic design principles and software. Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite, Good graphic design skills • Excellent skills in the use of tools such as, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, SCORM • Solid experience in building and maintaining client relationships • Highly developed interpersonal and consultation skills with the ability to negotiate outcomes when parties are not aligned • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in training communication  • Experience drafting and presenting materials for executive review at the senior leadership level • Learning needs assessment, program design, development strategies / methods • Skills and experience using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE model of learning design and development) learning development model  • Experience with designing online training programs targeted for diverse adult learning audiences • Above average communication skills especially in written English • Experience in the development, design and delivery of training materials for both technical and non- technical users at the speci?ed experience level • Demonstrated experience of creating/delivering customized online training materials on speci?c packages and platforms. • Knowledge of adult education principles/practices (e.g. development strategies / methods, testing, and evaluation) • Experience with computer and software applications for development of training materials, story boards and e- learning modules, including presentation software, web-based facilitation tools and eLearning software • Above average skills with graphic design to assist with the development of user manuals • Excellent organizational skills, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills  • Able to transfer training best practices knowledge to project team and manager Resume Evaluation Criteria: Criteria 1: Technical Skills Criteria 1 Points: 40% Criteria 1 Details: • Demonstrated experience creating user manuals and reference guides for both technical and non-technical users  • Experience with computer and software applications for development of training materials, storyboards, and e-learning modules, including presentation software, web-based facilitation tools and eLearning software.  • Able to work with design documents and storyboards. • Knowledge and experience with graphic design principles and software.  • Good graphic design skills. • Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite,  • Excellent skills in the use of tools such as, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, SCORM Criteria 2: Project Experience Criteria 2 Points: 20% Criteria 2 Details: • Experience working independently towards project plan timelines and managing personal project task accountabilities  • Proven experience working in a team environment to implementing a large-scale training strategy and rollout plan  • Excellent writing skills in English • Extensive experience creating training material or user documentation in a project environment  • Experience working on a project team to deliver high profile training initiatives Criteria 3: Relationship Management Criteria 3 Points: 15% Criteria 3 Details: • Solid experience in building and maintaining client relationships • Highly developed interpersonal and consultation skills with the ability to negotiate outcomes when parties are not aligned Criteria 4: Communications Criteria 4 Points: 15% Criteria 4 Details: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in training communication  • Experience drafting presentation materials for executive review at the senior leadership level Criteria 5: Knowledge of Adult Education Principles/Practices Criteria 5 Points: 10% Criteria 5 Details: • Learning needs assessment, program design, development strategies / methods • Skills and experience using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE model of learning design and development) learning development model  • Experience developing online training programs for diverse adult learning audiences
