We are looking for new voices to help us connect the world to work. We are looking for an Accounting technician to work full-time alongside our amazing Finance team in the Montreal Headquarters. The candidate will be someone curious willing to learn on the go; he should be ready to tackle the challenges of our accounting cycle worldwide.   What you’ll do: Reconciling and balancing of GL accounts including inter-company transactions; Preparation of year-end file for external auditors; Maintain orderly accounting and filing systems; Help account receivable team for coordination and process improvement; Participate in various projects (new billing platform, new ERP,…); Prepare sales tax declarations for Canada (GST-QST) and coordinate declarations for international subsidiaries; Manage communication with accountants of international subsidiaries; Employee expense report processing; Adding daily transactions to the books; Complete bank reconciliations; Data entry; Work with suppliers, clients, and employees as needed;   What you bring: You have a DEC or AEC in accounting and/or relevant bookkeeping experience; You have minimum experience of 5 years within any part of the accounting cycle; You have Experience using Quickbooks or other cloud-based accounting software; You have a good knowledge with Microsoft Excel You are proficient in English and French, written and spoken.
